Every Homeowners Association has a set of documents defining it's regulations and by-laws. They are legal requirements placed on HOAs by Florida State and Polk County and are the rules the Board is guided by and which we are all obliged to follow.

They comprise of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. They were set up when our community was built and should have been made available to every owner at purchase.

They define how our community must operate and what we as homeowners along with our guests can and cannot do. They are substantial documents which we have divided into managable sections which may be viewed here by clicking on the following links:
