Day to day management of our community is carried out by Sentry Management Inc. and the current term runs to end of 2011.

Sentry were originally contracted by the developer of Sandy Ridge some 5 years ago and have a great depth of knowledge and experience with our requirements.

Sentry are accountable to the Association's Board and are responsible for:

Financial reports and accounts,
Management and collection of HOA assessments,
Liasing with contractors,
Advising and guiding the Board on various matters on the operation of the HOA.
