Davey Tree Commercial Grounds Management are our current contractor for all aspects of landscape maintenance at Sandy Ridge. Davey Tree are a major organisation with many contracts in the area including parts of Celebration and we have great expectations of their quality of work.

They have two or three full time crew members on site depending on season with Billy Gerhardt the crew foreman so if you see them around please say “Hi”. We look forward to improving the quality of our landscaping and the ‘look and feel’ both residents and visitors will get.

Landscape management includes:

. mowing of all grassed areas including all common areas and homes;
. edging of all walks, curbs and other paved areas, borders, shrubs and plant beds;
. power clipping of all areas that are inaccessible to mowing machinery;
. weeding of all plant and shrub beds; regular pruning of shrubs and hedges;
. cleaning of sidewalks and curbs to keep them clear of debris
. irrigation maintenance and repair;
. replacement of annuals;
. pruning of palms, crape myrtle and oaks;
. remulching annually.
