The Cable TV contract for Sandy Ridge is held by Comcast and is included in your assessments and represents around 30% of the HOA fees. This service is provided as part of the HOA fees and Comcast cable is available throughout the subdivision. Comcast is responsible for installing and maintaining the cable service to your home and installing cable connection to three rooms in your home (more rooms will be at an additional charge)

Comcast will ensure that the cable service is maintained throughout the length of the contract and provide around 70 channels as part of the basic package.

It is now possible to obtain one free digital box and two digital adaptors for three TVs from Comcast. All you need to do is turn up at their Orlando office close to The Holy Land Experience next to the I4 (exit ramp 78) and ask. You will need to provide them with the details of your home. If you would like additional TV's in your home to receive the digital signal then you would need to rent additional boxes from Comcast. The address of their sevice center is:-

This contract provides a standard cable service to all the homes on Sandy Ridge. Digital channel line up can be found in the owners area

The Cable Contract was oringally signed between D R Horton the developer and Adelphia and runs for 10 years expiring in January 2015. Adelphia was taken over by Comcast. The Contract runs until January 2015 and the next contract is to be awarded in September 2014
